Sale delle Langhe, the village
Sale delle Langhe is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the region Piedmont, located about 80 kilometres southeast of Turin and about 45 kilometres east of Cuneo. It has a population of 509 residents and an area of 10.9 square kilometres .
Sale delle Langhe borders the following municipalities: Camerana, Ceva, Montezemolo, Priero, and Sale San Giovanni.

The polysportive centrum
It's a meeting place for all the citizens of Sale.
During all the year a lot of party are organised and the centrum has a seating capacity of 200 people. All the guys of village organise sport tournaments and at night they cook a big barbeque for the partecipants.
If you want, you can also play tennis, volleyball and football.
The local football team trains here.

The church
The meeting point of the comunity
The chapel was built before the early sixteenth century and the church is mentioned in a document of 1576 models with the name " Madonna delli Prati ".
The interior is divided into three naves with a valuable altar in polychrome marble.
In a niche at the right aisle houses there is a large wooden sculpture by the sculptor Savona Brilla, depicting the Assumption surrounded by angels .
The sculpture was bought by Salesi in 1816.

The village
You can find some shops where you can buy bread,meat and others things that you can need.
There is also a good pizzeria where you can taste a good Italian pizza.
The 15th of August is the patron saint's festival of the village.
All the resident celebrate this day all together, with a lot of food and musics, plays for the childrens, fireworks and a beatiful procession.
